What is the current status of Fall?

Coordinators are currently filling teams from the waiting list.  If your child is on the waiting list and you want to know placement questions, please contact your coordinator.  They are located on the "Staff" page.

Coach and Team Parent meetings are completed! Players should all be contacted by a coach.  

Reminder: U5 will practice prior to the games on Saturdays.  There will be NO practices during the week for U5 players.

Coaches: At this time all Volunteer forms have been entered. If you are having problems logging in to the online courses, please know that you MUST have completed a volunteer application and physically turned it in at a meeting or to a volunteer.  Simply completing it online, is only the first step.

Invalid EAYSO Number?

I have been told I must update my coaching certification up to U10 online and/or my Safe Haven, however, I cannot login because it keeps telling me my number is invalid.

If you have NOT completed AND turned in a volunteer application to an AYSO Member, you cannot take online courses.  Just completing the from online is insufficient.  You must physically print 3 copies and bring them to a board member for verifcation with your drivers license, then your form MUST be entered into the system by AYSO staff.  Once that is ALL completed you will be able to login in.

This form has to be done each Fall season.  If you completed one in Spring, you must complete another one.  Every Fall you will be asked to do this again.

If you need to submit a form, either contact your coordinator to submit or contact our CVPA at cvpa@ayso47.org which is the one who directly enters the forms.
